There are too many offers to have a market overview - and they are usually very similar.
If you really want to save every penny, you can check the fineprint (all of it - they are long and in difficult German!) of all available bank cards, but I doubt it's a worthwhile effort. You usually get what you pay for and the banks will still find ways to earn from you.
