Hello friends, If I come Chile on visit visa and if apply for temporary resident, will job offer sufficient or If I show them bank balance to start business will be sufficient to get temporary resident.

It will depend on the type of temporary visa. A job offer will be required to apply for a professional visa.
On the other hand, if you are looking to start a business in Chile, and to apply for a investor visa, you will need to provide a business plan + evidence of having sufficient means to develop the business in Chile.
