Hi everyone ,
I have a doubt regarding resignation while I am on vacation .Currently I am on local (Baharain) vacation and I got a offer from another company in this case can I send my resignation by post or I have to wait until my vacation finished ? I have finished my two years contract and my company renewed my visa for another two years so if I going to resign they will allow me to resign ?Hope will get great answers from senior members

Vacation has nothing to with resignation. You can resign whenever. But doing it this way is unprofessional and will create bad relationship. Better to do it face to face.

You have completed two years with them so you can transfer visa through Mobility with or without their consent. But my advice would be to do this amicably.
