im already 1 year and 3 mos..erlier i went to our head office and talked to HR..i resigned already..give resignation letter to post office..they reciv last sunday .
they said i need to pay like 400 bd?

Hi,
It will depend on what is on your offer letter, if you have singed your offer letter and it says 2 years contract you have not honored it and when you don't honor a contract your employer could ask you for the cost he has borne. http://lmra.bh/portal/en/faq/question/13
