Yes you can go on Exit without paying STC.

Although it is not recommended.

My company does the final exit for me i have a balance of 1400 riyals in stc before 10yrs it will make problem in immigration at airport

if there is any report submitted by STC or Banks to SIMAH and your credit history is showing bad then you will not be able to get exit stamp until it is paid.
