Data flow login el.number additional documnet

Hello,

Could you please help me?
I work and live in Croatia at Clinical hospital centre Rijeka.
I got a job in Ryadh Military Hospital like a scrub nurse in operation theathre.
I got instruction from my agency to register on data flow account and mumaris web site.
I have got eligibilty number at mumaris site which i will use on prometeric test.
During the registration on data flow i did not upload health licence but i needed.
Now i have problem i can't send additional document when i log in.
From data flow faq they said to me i need to login with eligibility number ,but  i canot because i login with reference number i dont have option to write el.number.
Do you have some similar experience?
