A baby of naturalized person will also be Brazilian citizen?

Hi..
If any foreigner becomes naturalized in brazil and get Brazilian citizenship and then he return to his home country and    there he marry with anyone and his baby born there..
Will this baby considered Brazilian citizen or not??is it mandatory that father should be legally married with mother's wife??

Brazilian law is both Jus Sanguinis and Jus Solis.

Jus Solis means that anyone who is born on Brazilian soil is Brazilian. This is irrelevant of the parental heritage.

Jus Sanguinis means anyone who has "Brazilian blood" is automatically Brazilian. If you became a Brazilian citizen you now have "Brazilian Blood" as long as you don't give up your citizenship. Therefore, any baby born to a Brazilian citizen is also Brazilian.

Thanks a lot for replying..
