Hey where are you thinking of moving to? I am in Gothenburg area 
but part from this site, try facebook groups such as "expats in sweden" or try expats in..whichever area you are moving to. Also there is something called meetups.com, where you can try to find groups of people with similar interests who organises to hang out etc
