Two questions:

1. What is the term "Serviced Apartments" supposed to mean?

2. What has been your actual experience with a landlord and the "service" they have provided?

If you are a landlord, you are welcome to say what services you provide, but please do not include any listings for your accommodations.

I sometimes see "service EXCLUDED" in a flat listing, so I wonder if there is a standard meaning for what is included in "servicing"?

Or is it as The Wise One has said:

"Rule #1: There are no rules"
