I got a job offer from company, Singapore worldwide exploration. They are insist my to pay 434 SGD for visa processing & after 3 days they issue IPA and then they will give visa application. on 15 may they will give ticket to fly. can you please tell is this offer is reliable & shall i pay the fee.
