Hi there, I know this topic has been posted so many times but I am confused here. Why I would not be allowed to enter Oman as a tourist if my employer cancelled my visa? Unless I get NOC!

If I have opened a case against my employer for unlawful termination and leave the country, how would I cancel my visa without I accept to take my end of service? And can I cancel my visa and come back as I have a case against my employer ?

Hi Moon1760,

Whatever happens, do not exit the country.

If you do, you will stand to lose everything.

If you have filed a case, stay back and wait for the verdict. Hopefully, it will be in your favour. So you can collect your final settlement and exit with some money on you.

On the other hand, if you choose to leave Oman before collecting your settlement amount, (a) you can kiss your end-of-service settlement goodbye, and (b) you cannot return for 2 years, as you are aware.
