Hello, I am from Philippines and Im working here in Dammam, KSA as a Graphic Designer. I just want to know some tips and information about migrating to UAE from KSA. I was planning to go directly to UAE after my contract is finish and here are my questions:
1. Do I still need too go back to philippines and start again from applying and processing documents? or
2. I can directly go to UAE as tourist before finding job?
3. Do I need a sponsor first?

If you get a job offer and a sponsor, you can move directly from KSA. You can go as a tourist as well and if you find someone to sponsor, depending on the type of visa, it can be converted to work visa. Keep in mind that you would need to give a police clearance certificate for UAE work visa covering the last 5 years so that means you would need one from KSA - get it before you leave.

I think its now either 90 days single entry or 30 days single entry.
