Hello,
I am a medical doctor from Nigeria and presently working in Rwanda, I have a valid Rwandan work/residence permit. I am planning to move to Saudi Arabia in a months time having secured a job with the Saudi MOH.
So I need to know if the active/valid Rwandan work permit can prevent me from getting Saudi Visa and Iqamah.

The word Nigeria will raise some concerns for responding here.
You should get the saudi visa regardless of your status in a different country...i'd guess

There is no linkage of the saudi work permit with your residence status in another country outside of GCC - unless of course it's Israel.
