One of my friend get terminated from company and she had to exit the Bahrain
She can come back to baharain or no??
How I can I know that she is not ban or. Blacklisted??

You need to give more details for anyone to be able to answer that.
A straightforward termination of employment and then exit does not lead to a ban.
You can not know until you apply for her visa or by approaching immigration to check.
