Hello Chris,
I've been looking for this kind of service here but so far i didn't hear about any factory. There are a few machines but no proper business.
It might be a bit complicated to start but there's potential for sure.
I have a few interesting contacts in this field if you're interested.

I am planning to start a publishing house in Cambodia and at start I would like to use Cambodian printers, but didn't find any.
I am used to use Chinese printers and can have my publications printed in China, but I would like to use Cambodian printers. Does anyone know a Cambodian printing house that can print 4 colour offset in a decent way for a decent price?About 20% of the costs in China are transport and costums, so a Cambodian printer can be 20% more expensive than a Chinese printer.
