In your experiences, how long does it normally take to process the refund for excess tax paid in the tax year? It says 30 working days on the website, but I want to hear from the citizens.

It took my wife about 2 years a few years back, but maybe they've improved the system. This was about 10 or more years ago. I've also had to pay extra taxes (which is the way I prefer).
