Coming to Dili, Timor Leste

I am Farhad from Delhi. I have a job offer from Dili and I am considering it. I have some questions related to my departure. If you could kindly spare some time to respond, it will be of immense help.

1. what are the visa requirements and how easy is it for us? I could not find the website of Timor embassy in Delhi? How can we get the visa?

2. How costly is the city? how about the family accommodation?

3. How are the schools for children? and how costly are they?
