Acceptable offer for Malaysia?

Hi All

So I have posted a couple of times now regarding an offer i have been considering from Accenture, Malaysia.  I am probably now at the point of no return and need to make a decision.  Apart from considering whether the role/ company and move are right for me - if I accepted the job I would be taking a 10k pay cut compared to ‘northern' (not London) annual salaries in the UK - they are also not prepared to pay any relocation in the form of covering flights or accommodation during my first few weeks.  I would however be receiving a monthly salary of 20k plus a sign on bonus of 60k paid in 2 parts throughout the year.  How does this sound given the cost of living in Kuala Lumpur? I'm from a smaller northern city in the UK so I'm not comparing this to London living as costs here are less than half of that in the capital. ANY advice much appreciated xx
