Can I check what's the fee to Be paid for applying fora Long term visit pass for my Mother

Is this on the basis of an Employment Pass holder in Malaysia i.e. non-Malaysian?

On an employment pass

Ask them what they charge. You can of course refer to the fee structure mentioned above. There may be an overhead they have to pay in addition to ESD.

If you are under MDEC it costs more.
