Looking for recommendation - advice & PRO needed!

Dear All,
I am planing to get my investor visa. I have property in Dubai and I am seeking your advice. The property is currently rented by a tenant. Can I still get my investor visa? And also - can I get visa for my family under my sponsorship, once I get my investor visa? Despite of the fact that the unit is rented out?
Would you recommend any reliable PRO, who can arrange that for me?

Thank you

Regards,
Sean

Hello Sir,

The answers to your questions are, YES.. You can have an investor visa despite your property is rented and must be valued more than 1 Million Dirhams. There is a letter issued from DUBAI LAND DEPARTMENT and there are the normal steps and procedures involved in obtaining visa.
Once you have your visa stamped then you can sponcer your family under your personal sponsorship.
