Such a shame as I was in Tokyo until a few days ago, got back to Indonesia on 2 March.
Get yourself a Suica Card at the JR East office at Haneda or Narita as it'll make traveling around on the JR Lines and Metro system easier.
Where are you going to stay? I stayed in Shinjuku which is pretty lively in the evenings.
