First you have to determine if the institution you obtained your degree from is recognized by Senecyct (local authority in charge of registering local and foreign degrees) and if so then you would have to register your titulo (degree) with them. The priority is Ecuadorians whether living in Ecuador or ones that are returning from abroad with their qualifications.

Also, considering the nursing professions is a hands-on job you would have to be proficient in Spanish and would be competing with an influx of other South Americans, namely Venezuelans, Cubans, and Colombians who are thinking the same thing as you.
