Hi I am planning to move to the island this year and purchase or open a bar. Can anyone give me an idea of labor costs for a bar. Wages and taxes etc for server, bartender, cook and I also heard there is a 13th salary is that correct.
Any specific things I need to be aware of as far as laws go that might be different there.
