Iqama transfer but getting error in mol employee enquiry

Dear forum members,

I have to transfer my iqama from my current company to a new one. Both the companies have agreed to release me and hire me respectively. But, when my new company is sending the transfer request, they are getting error on the mol page.

When I have checked my status on the mol non Saudi enquiry web site, I am getting the below error
message in Arabic : نعتذر لعدم تقديم الخدمة نظرا لعدم وجود منشأتك فى قواعد بيانات نطاقات. which roughly translates to : We apologize for not providing the service because your organization does not have a domain database.

Please advise. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Buddy. I am facing the same problem in Ministry of Labor Website "we apologize for not providing service because your organization does not exist in domain database". please tell me how you resolved this issue?
