Hello. I would like to have my baby girl; who's Four and half years old; trained on some kind of self defense techniques, like boxing, kick-boxing, muay thai, etc.? not karate or some show off moves. the preference is for here, but if I can exercise with here or even receive training in the same place, that would be great. I live in the northern part of Riyadh.
Any ideas or recommendations please? thanks.
