We want to give birth to our 2nd child in Brazil,in order she obtain Brazilian passport
I want to know is this legal? If yes, which city and hospital are good for a C-section delivery? How long does it take to get passport for her so we can return to the home country?Anybody has experience with this?

Hi,
You can give birth in Brazil and it is legal . I have two daughters born in Brazil . The passport took around 7-10 days. It is a fairly easy process.
