I got a job offer from company in Dubai
My problem is I am hiv positive, how can I tell the company that? Is it possible for them to continue giving me the job once they found out?

Dear. If you HIV positive... you will not get a residency in UAE. and I think you will be deported if they'd find it upon blood test.
So I think your problem is bigger than telling your company.
It's legal issue here.
Am sorry to say this. But it's very critical here.

Dear,
You have to undergo visa medical checkup to stamp your visa on your passport. HIV test is included in it. So you can never hide it and once you are proved as HIV+, you will be deported. Besides, it will be a legal issue as mentioned in the earlier quote by fadiagri.
