Hi ,
I'm an ENT surgeon practising in India with an experience of 4 years. I have been offered the post of Registrar in a government hospital in Kuwait for 1200 kd. Initially it's for 3 months and later I'll have to apply for permanent visa.
I am not able to decide whether I should accept the offer or not. My concerns are:
Will I be able to perform surgeries?
What are my future prospects? Will they promote me to specialist post after the required experience or do I require to do FRCS?
Can I sponsor my kid n husband once I go there?
Are there any chances of rejection after 3 months?
Please help and reply at the earliest.

Can't answer other questions, but one thing is certain: you will not be able to sponsor your husband and children.
