Hello all,
I received my foreign identification card some days ago and I need to access my details to see what services I am entitled to under Turkish law. So I tried to access "e-Devlet" website. But the problem is that I do not have the password (sifresi) to login into the system nor do I have a local banking account in Turkey. I was told one of the ways to obtain it is from the central post office in Istanbul. Is there another way to access this portal or any other similar e-government portals in Turkey given that I am currently outside Turkey and all I have is the foreign identification card for temporary residence?. Afaik there is no other way to get it other than going to post office. You will take in 2 minutes. Its about 3-5 tl i guess and very easy.
