Hi guys,
My landlord filled out the form H to change the number of residents in the flat (we're still paying domestic rates), but he has put his name and the name of his wife because he doesn't declare his letting income. The thing is I don't know if ARMS will accept it since I guess my LL is already registred with them under his primary residence... Does anyone of you had this issue? When you LL filled in the form, did he/she put your name(s) as persons living in the flat?

We have done this three times and always our names! Two out of three of our Landlords were not declaring the rental income as far as we know but ARMS do not appear to share info with tax authorities.
