Good day
I am from the Philippines , working as a Laboratory technologist in a hospital in Saudi Arabia now. I am wondering if I can migrate to Netherlands by myself only. Without sponsorship of employer nor partner. Just solely me applying in IND?

To answer your specific question, I don't know all of your circumstances, but in general, it's feasible. If you follow this link, it will take you to the part of the Dutch Government website that deals with it. In general, if you have a skill that they think they need, you'll probably get in; I don't know if they're short of Laboratory Technologists.
