Now I am working in a company in oman and I am thinking to leave Oman and cancel tha employment visa. If I left from Oman, can I comeback to Oman in family visa or visiting visa without NOC?

To answer you briefly, if an expatriate cancels his / her employment visa and leaves Oman, then in the absence of the last employer's NOC, the person cannot return to Oman - on any visa.
