Relocating to KL and looking for Housing Accommodation

Hi, we will be relocation to KL at the end of March 2018 from South Africa. Our kids have the option of going to the Fairview International School, can you please advise which areas are suitable for rental properties around that area and which rental agencies I can get in touch with? Will there be school buses travelling along that route?

Check with the school which routes they have covered. Beverly Heights is convenient for the school. Generally the area around Ukay Perdana is an option - let the school bus routes guide your potential property choices.

Some families live in KLCC and there are shuttles from that area. Hampshire residences is just one of many options.

If you look at property websites such as iproperty and propertyguru you will find listings showing which agents have properties in areas of interest. Most agents don't want to share their commission fee, so rentals tend only to be available from the company the owner has listed with.

Avoid any adverts which say "owners welcome to list" as that means the property is NOT with that agent. Ask for the Agent's registration number to ensure they are legitimate agents.
