We moved recently from Singapore to KL.
I am a medical graduate from Pakistan but didn't work from 9 years.
I recently passed my MRCP exam part 1@2 written.
For clinical practice how & where to apply job in KL??
Can anyone give me good suggestions regarding medical career in kl

Why not apply for a job in the UK. The UK is full of foreign doctors and they pay more than in Malaysia. It could be easier to find a job there.

Unless you moved here with a Malaysian spouse who is on the Professional return programme (Talentcorp) it will be extremely difficult to practice medicine here.

my hubby got very good job in kl.
we are singaporean.
any residency program for medicine in kl where i can apply??

To get a practice licence you would need to be recommended by a Malaysian doctor who will supervise you for at least one year. This is in the private sector. If you can find a sponsor for the PL then everything should work out. http://www.mmc.gov.my/ There would not be opportunities in Government hospitals.
