Hey guys, I'm planning on taking a flight from Milan to Napoli because it is cheaper than the train.
My 2017's permesso is expired and I only have my 2018 ricevuta from the post office.
I was wondering if I'm allowed to do that since I'm not crossing any borders.

Of course you can travel within the country. As you noted, you are not crossing borders.

As the question was answered I think that is a clear indicatio0n that they were. AS it was stated they were not crossing any borders.
