HCMC to Vung Tau Bus

Can someone give me the best place to look at times/prices for bus to Vung Tau from HCM leaving next Monday? Looking for something as comfortable as can be as opposed to something that it is going to have 800 people on board. Couldn't find a relevant thread in this part of the forum

Try googling - VIP bus hcmc to Vung  Tau - there are luxury 14 seaters doing that run I think

Only one I can see is one where you have to rent the whole bus for that

Sorry, can't help his majesty to locate the Rolls Royce and tuxedo livery service.

But for your entourage who may as well travel with the great unwashed populace I recommend Futa Bus. The office is on De Tham near Pham Ngu Lao. At Vung Tau they put you on a minibus to the front door of your hotel. Bottle of water and towelette included. $5 each way.

Hoa Mai Limousine offers 7 passenger luxury vans.  That's what our family uses as extra vehicle/s whenever there are too many of us to fit in the family van. We'll use them again this Saturday to bring everyone to Vung Tau for a weeklong food preparation for Tet.

I am reasonably sure that there are "VIP Busses" to Vung Tau. There are such services to many other towns and I have used the VIP bus service to Bao Loc on a number of occasions. The VIP busses are actually mini busses with around 15 aircraft style seats. IIRC the fare to Bao Loc from HCMC is about 14 dollars, so should be similar to the fare to VT.

@Gobot -- The "limousine" is really inexpensive.  We (spouse and I) have never bought individual tickets since there are too many of us (nieces and nephews and their families) to not book the whole van for extra vehicle, but I understand that it's only 160K or 190K per seat.  Cheaper for group of course.

I recently took a limousine service from HCMC to Vung Tau
You go to the Terminal where a small 6-8 seater takes you to the outskirts of the city. You are then transferred onto a 30 seater bus with comfy seats and Air Con. This will deliver you to the Terminal in VT. From the VT terminal you can be delivered to the front front door of your hotel if required. The whole experience was seamless and pleasant and cost about 8 Aussie Dollars.

Maybe the royal party will have to downgrade their estimations.

I shall look into the Futa Bus and give you my experience.

If it is not up to the high standards of royalty I shall seek that you are beheaded at once.

Thanks

Maybe I'll try Ciambella's ride sometime.
Futa is ok, they even stop at a dive food place on the way, you can get those little pancakes. No complaints for 100.000, then money left over to rent an old Nuovo from the lady at the VT bus depot. You gotta have a motorbike in VT, everything is spread out.

For the annual 'day at the beach' my wife's family will rent a van and driver. Roomy for half dozen people, go when and where you want. Strange having a driver though. I'm not used to that jet set life.
