What are the ones most in-demand for expats?

I can answer this specific to Japan.

Indian companies that do business with Japan have a major handicap - lack of Japanese Language skills. It is very hard for them to work with Japanese clients unless they get the help of Japanese nationals with some amount of English knowledge. Companies are willing to pay them handsomely and get their help in understanding client expectations.

With increasing trade between the two countries, the demand for Japanese people will keep increasing in India.
