My cousin sister has got an offer of 5000 AED/month. This amount includes all the allowances like stay, Transport etc...
Do you think its advisable to take this offer? being a single lady will this be ok?
The work location is near sobha hartland.

Hello!
I am not familiar with the place. However, the offer is great. It will depend on how she will budget it anyway.
Expect to live in a sharing accommodation though. For transport, it will depend on which place she will be staying. If it's close to a metro or bus or she has to avail of car lifts.
