I know this is a weird question, but is there any place in Prague that has a wide selection of toothpaste? I'm specifically looking for non-mint flavored toothpaste for my children.

Well, any hypermarket (e.g. Albert Chodov, Galerie Butovice, Průhonice, Arkády Pankrác, Harfa, Hostivař) offers the major brands and they should have non-mint options...
However, if you are looking for something 'different' you can try www.biooo.cz - the also have their own bricks-and-mortar store in Kotva (Náměstí Republiky - also a metro station).
