Assalamualaikum yossuf can you give some advice regarding my issues of 12 months salary pending and iqama not renew by company almost 2 weeks finish.is there any benefit if I file a case in labour court Riyadh

Yes case option is good for you me also facing this problem if you will late more then you lose
