Employer selling his business to new Sponsor

My company is being sold to new employer. My contract is still valid for next 11 months. I would like to know what are the rules protecting us "employees" in this case.

Will they ask us to work with new sponsor without our permission? - frankly im not intrested to work with new sponsor.
Will my company escape from paying me 11 months salary on breaking his contract by selling his business?
What about my gratuity (end of service) and leave settlements?

I cant put together as there r tons of questions. But i hope u understand my sittuation. I could not find online even one article for such cases. Please advice me what does law states in such sittuation. What r legal rights of employer and for employees on above case.
