Finding a job in the cultural industry (or similar) in Germany

Hello,

I am finishing my PhD in Italy and I am looking for a job in Germany, ideally outside academia, in the arts / culture field. I also have a Master's degree in Architecture.
My "only" problem is that my current level of German is quite low (survival is possible, academic writing is not) .
Would it be possible to find a job (in my field would be nice) that initially does not require language proficiency, giving me time to learn the language? Ideally in Frankfurt / München / Berlin
I speak English, French and Italian fluently.

Arts/culture is a very wide field with a range of work functions.
Therefore it is possible that there are jobs such as what you are looking for.
But without language skills (and with the need to have free time for German classes), you will potentially have to work at a lower level and be paid less than what your education and experience indicates.
Without further details, it is not possible to tell more, sorry!
