hello i am noorulhuda shaikh from pakistan i have engineering degree but my experience in pakistan 1 and half year . my iqama profession is labour so i want to change my profession and according to new rules of 5 year experience for engineers i want to apply for technician so it is possible and so i need or no need attestation from sce can any body give my answer in detail
