Hey Guys, I have been thinking of getting a stable union or possibly marrying my girlfriend here in Brazil. I have my BC and I need my Certificate of no Impediment. However, I am not sure on how to get the certificate while living here in Brazil. Any suggestions would be much appreciated! Thank you in advance! -Anton
