Can anyone recommend a University for an English speaker who's aim is to obtain their bachelors degree? any experiences , costs fees would be appreciated :>)

It would be quite a bit easier to answer your question if you care to mention what subject you want to study. Some Universities in Hungary only concentrate on specific areas, such Sociology and similar, and offer no degree path in, say, Chemistry.

For the people who inhabit this forum and want to help, these types of question are rather frustrating because they really indicate a lack of self help or inability to do basic research. To study, you need to know how to find information.
Moreover, this is now a basic life skill like learning to read/write, basic arithmetic, brush your teeth, use a phone, ride a bicycle or drive.
Just use Google or Bing or some other engine to search. Search engines are mostly your friends in this case.
Google for keywords "Universities in Hungary teaching in English" - Et voila, you have your starting position to investigate!
If it's a case of not knowing what courses to follow, then you're on your own in reaching your personal self-actualisation as only you know what you really want to do.

Hello there. I was once in your boat, different country though.
Tips:
1. Google - "study in + country name".
2. Search for universities in HU and look at their study programs.
3. Once you've found candidates (you are shopping for what would be the right fit for you), contact the university. They are the right people to ask for other information not mentioned on their websites.
4. FB - search for "erasmus mundus" or "groups" of students who are studying in HU or look for HU university profiles. If you can, try to PM students (who are also in the bachelor's program) and ask about their university experiences and tips they can share.
