This has been covered multiple times on the forums. You have lots of time to do your research on insurance. I work with Humano, but I also recommend Universal as the two companies to investigate.
I have a group package that I offer to people. If you want more info just send me a message privately and I will send you what you need. Mine includes prescription and dental but not vision.
International insurance is often not worth it but you should consider Medical Evacuation Insurance. Let me know if you want more info.
