I use the OLX app (and website) often. You need to know Bulgarian to search for items, but it is a great second-hand site.

Perhaps www.grabo.bg can be interesting if you are looking for some bargains..
www.opoznai.bg is a great website if you are looking for interesting places, monuments, hiking trails and so on..
Both have apps..
