Summer is the high season and of course the most expensive. AirBnB is where we found outs but there are also many local real estate offices Aldo dealing in holifay rentals. Location is the primary cost driver but expect to pay £1500+ for a decent 1 bedroom rental in the summer. Our solution is wintering in Cyprus..mild compared to other climates and we have a two bedroom condo overlooking the Mediterranean for about £1600 for three months! Good luck with your search!!
