what would you be looking at paying for a builder and carpenter in velko as we are looking at property's but they need a lot of work also has any one brought on a buy monthly scheme if so what are your thoughts on the matter please and are there any laws about how many animals you can keep

My advice to you is DO NOT use Bulgarian workmen at all.
If you do make sure you pay them NOTHING until ALL work is completed.
