I was told you need to find a job where the employer will make the necessary for you to get a working permit. But how do you manage to actually get an employer who's willing to do that??

You don't have to persuade employers to do that for you.
Any employer who employs foreigners has an obligation to apply the work permit for you. If they want to employ foreigners, they already know what to do as far as working permits are concerned.
